Several days a month, MCS Contigo volunteer program leaders visit the learning center to provide tutoring to the participating children.
In just over a year, more than 1,700 volunteer participations by MCS employees have contributed to hundreds of educational, recreational, cleaning, painting and decorating activities.
The series of symposiums: “Comprehensive Management of Mental Health and Chronic Conditions: Challenges and Opportunities,” marks the beginning of the educational activities that form part of the newly created “MCS Conexión de Salud” program.
The contract agreement entitles PharmPix to manage the pharmacy benefits for MCS’s more than 180,000 commercial insureds.
The first of the series took take place at the El Paseo de la Artes Abelardo Díaz Alfaro in Caguas.
MCS’ new Conexión de Salud is part of the larger “Vivela MCS” platform and focuses on helping the company’s network providers.
